Food awesome but service poor even with our waiter being shadowed by his trainee.
Point being when he answered "yes three to- go boxes please";we got only 2 in 2 separate incidents when trainee could have quickly dropped them off. Our bread never was replaced when we were asked if we wanted more.I know they were busy but seemed inexperienced as I've have eaten at several other locations that are always busy and did not experience this ???? service.

Had our wedding reception here and the food was wonderful and well delivered despite our large group. A little too dark of lighting but a wonderful experience. The customer service was on point and they made sure our experience went perfectly.

This is a crazy big and busy location. The food was great, absolutely loved the ravioli appetizer! The service was sporadic at best, water was only refilled at our table once in a almost to our dinner! I was impressed with their ability to handle numerous large groups at a time but that definitely affects service for all, we were a large group and still struggled getting the service for our group of 15.
