Allen the delivery driver was very polite and friendly. My online order did get messed up through no fault of dominoes, but Patrick happily fixed the mistaken order and Allen, again, promptly delivered our pizza. I will definitely be a return customer. The pizza was delicious.”

“The driver arrived promptly with only one of our pizzas. He explained it wasn’t his fault that the store messed it up. Which is not how to handle this... an apology would have been more appropriate. He said he would go back and pick it up. We waited over 20 minutes, no pizza delivered. I called and talked to Chris the manager. He did not apologize or offer a coupon or discount on our next order. He said that we shouldn’t even have our pizza because a lady just left his store with our order. They showed up with 2 pizzas the second delivery. Customer service needs coaching. Pizza was excellent.”

“Would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had to go find an ATM because they only take cash or check. The biscuits are HUGE, moist, and fluffy!!! Had to drive 15 miles to get there but it was well worth it. Luckily they were the only homemade, country biscuit place open because probably would not have gone there. This will be my new biscuit place since Fagans has gone so far down hill.”
