Heady Bar-B-Que Co.

This is a nice, normal BBQ joint. Plusses? Everything seemed to be house made! They have a small selection of beer and had one local craft craft beer on tap. Not too loud, prompt polite service. Food all tastes good. We had burnt ends, and the smoked mac n cheese was particularly yummy. Be sure to ask for the spicy sauce they keep in the back!

Middle of the road sandwich. Got the nasty pig sandwich but didn’t care for it. The meat was good but ended up picking everything else off. Too many onions, bun didn’t taste like pretzel and got soggy, cheese was unnecessary, and it was in need of pickles. Was hoping it would be comparable to the rocket pig at KC Joe’s which is phenomenal, but oh well. I’m picky about onion rings...I like them breaded, not battered, so that downfall was on me for not asking. Need to come back because I didn’t make it to try the fried lemon pie.

Fantastic barbecue! Reasonably priced. Good kid's menu. Great service. We'll be back!
