This is a dive you should definitely check out. You might drive up and assume it won't be worth the wait, but it is. There is quite a bit going on in this little corner, but the food at this place was the highlight. I got the seafood platter, and all of the seafood was as fresh as it gets. I enjoyed it immensely. Our server was quick and responsive. The place is crowded, so get there early.
The absolute best hush puppies EVER! Our table of five were seated immediately by friendly staff. All of us loved our selections: crab legs, steamed shrimp, grouper, gator bites and pulled pork. Jordan, our server, was a delight! We'll be back...maybe tomorrow!
This restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. Everything is fresh caught local and daily. The kids loved watching the boats and the birds go by. Fun for everyone. Service was fast. Everyone was friendly. Will definitely be back when we are in the area. We had fried crab, shrimp tacos, kids burger and kids fish dinner. Nothing premade, everything is fresh
We arrived after 6pm during Father's Day so it was pretty busy. Got seated within 20 minutes and served pretty quickly. We sat outside overlooking the inlet; breeze kept us all comfortable. Food arrived shortly after the drinks! Great food, awesome company, and memorable view. This is the place if you want seafood and great service!
Visited on a Friday and although the place was busy, we were sat immediately and given efficient and warm service. The food was top notch. A pound of the peel and eat shrimp may be a couple bucks more than a few other "local" restaurants but they were definitely worth it as the fresh taste was noted, making me wonder if the other restaurants serve imported farm raised shrimp from Indonesia. Anyways, good beers on tap and some great crab dishes too. Will definitely be back.
